How to update supplier business indicator email template

Summary:

There is a template that is sent to our suppliers so many days prior to their business indicator expires. This email does not have the most effective wording nor is it clear to majority of suppliers and I would like to update it.

In addition, we have had suppliers receive the email in Spanish; it should all be English.

Content (required):

1) Can I change the template?

2) How? What role do I need to have? Where is the template in the software?

3) how do I update the & verify remaining language will be English?
