2nd requisition BU can't projects from BU 1

Summary:

We have been running with a single BU for our ERP. Customer now wants requistions BU's, in order to have better control of the procurement process.

I have added the new BU to my Project Unit.

I'm still unable to see any projects when raising new requisitions in the new BU:
