We have a requirement to create a report to view employee performance details including past performance history to the current supervisor or to the line manager. 

The line manager is changing for every six months and the users are doing evaluations quarterly. Every manager who is involving to the performance evaluation should be able to see the employee past performance details. 

Is there any standard report to see these details ? Appreciate your ideas.
