Summary:

Hi! We have an Hours x Rate earnings element, and the employee's Work From Home Flag is set to Yes. When we ran the element, it does not calculate any earnings. I've checked the logs and it is getting the Hours and Rate amounts, however when it reaches the seeded fast formula of getting the jurisdiction.. only the state and county has a jurisdiction code but the City is 0. I've checked the location and it is configured correctly. That's why it is not retrieving the earnings amount. Any ideas on this?
