Notes added on Planned Order do not show on note to buyer field on Requisitions(23A feature)

Summary:

We are testing the new 23A feature Manage User-Defined text attributes on supply and demand entities but this is not working as intended. The note shows up in DFF segment but not on the Note to Buyer field .

We have done all the setups required for 23A feature Manage User-Defined text attributes on supply and demand entities so that notes added on buy planned orders show up in the standard Note to Buyer field on Requisitions however we are seeing the note showing up on DFF segment on the Requisitions but not in the standard Note to Buyer field.
