Suppress Bursting email if no data in Report/Batch

Content (required): We are wanting to suppress sending the email if the bursting definition doesn't have any data in the report/book. This would be useful for Alert type of reports that could be scheduled and if data or variance hits a threshold then it would display on the report and send it out. Is this possible?
