Getting the error : 'The effective date operation for Entity AssignGradeStepsDEO will introduce gaps or overlaps' while moving an internal candidate to HR from ORC. The person is processed manually from Manage Job Offers page. Now the new compensation data from ORC is missing/not added to the employee. Please provide your valuable thoughts on this.
