Line manager is not able to access Employment Info In hcm fusion

Summary:

Hi Team,

I have created a custom line manager role, but when this role is assigned to user, he is not able to access the employment info in action's dropdown of My Team-->Search Person, but in quick actions employment info page is visible, but manager is not able to see his direct repartee's, but he is accessible the employment info page. Is there any privilege /Role is required to access the employment info.
