Company and Facility Structure in WMS Cloud

Hi,

Currently we are using Fusion as our ERP system and planning to implement WMS cloud to carter our business requirement. Our enterprise structure is Legal Entity->Bussiness Unit->Inventory Management. So in this case how to define the hierarchy. What should be considered as Company and What needs to be considered as Facility.

As we are not a logistics company 3PL hierarchy shown in the Oracle training videos would not be applicable.
