Grouping of Customers to do the forecasting

Hello All,


In our current implementation we are forecasting at 'Week level'. For many of the Item-ORG-Customer-Site combination we have very little history over the last 1 year. Hence, the forecast that is generated by demand planning at Item-ORG-Customer-Week level is very low for those commination's. For eg: for may weeks it is 2QTY, 5 QTY, 1 QTY etc.

Our clients are looking for an requirement where there can group a set of customers and do the forecasting so that they historical aggregation would be high and hence the forecast would also be high rather giving small QTY.

Is there any feature in Cloud Demand Planning where I can group the customers and generate the forecast ?
