unable to get access provisioned details , comments and approved by details for assigning a role using Advance Access Request

Content (required):

"Risk Management Cloud - Advanced Access Controls Real Time" has details of users but doesn't show access provisioned through approval process and comments provided by reviewer or approver. Is there any jobs to be run to capture these details .

Or can I get Linage file of table reference for Risk management access provisioning for our SOD requirement.
