Is Transfer Order Possible without Order Management

Summary:

Hello,

Currently we are using a third party system for Inventory and we are planning to extend out Oracle Cloud footprint to include Inventory.

We like the Transfer Order functionality which seems to require 'a bit of configurations' behind the scene.

Currently we do NOT have Order Management license. We have Procurement and Inventory license.

Question- Can we use the Transfer Order functionality without Order Management?
