Error Received with Custom HCM TL Extract

I've created a simplistic HCM Time and Labor Extract, modeled after the seeded Time Entries Ready for Transfer extract. The output type is data and the delivery type is Web Center content.

Content (required):

Upon submitting the extract, it completes with a warning. The archive and generate process fails. The error is Unknown failure. Has anyone seen this error before? Any idea what could be causing it?
