Valuation Unit Transfer Variance

We are using the Standard cost and when the sales order is created which have "Sales Order Pick" transaction causing "Valuation Unit Transfer Variance" for Labor only which is surprising. We have 5 cost elements when we rolluped the cost (attached rolled up cost). Can someone please advise on this. We have already defined the STD cost overhead absorption rule where 'Absorption' is 'No' in case of Sales Order Pick.
