HCM Cloud access - solution for Hourly employees without AD account

Summary:

Is there anyone using IDCS or Identity Domain as second IDP for HCM Cloud - along with Microsoft Azure (SSO) first IDP?

We are deploying a solution where our hourly employees would be using Identity Domain as Identity Provider to HCM Cloud. They will log in to HCM Cloud via Identity Domain (we will provide them a link in our internal SharePoint/QR Code). They will use shared devices - such as kioks. The good advantage of this approach is that Identity Domain(IDCS) offers MFA and self-service password management.

Nothing will change for our Salaried employees. They are in our AD (Azure) and therefore they can take advantage of SSO, via HCM Cloud login Page.
