Possibility of Automatic Updating of Resource Breakdown Structure

Is there a feature within PPM that will automatically update the RBS with the new employees created from HCM?

Currently the RBS is maintained centrally and updating on a project level is disabled. Within the RBS planning for named resources are included

Now for those cases where there are new employees hired (i.e coming from HCM) do we have to manually update the RBS to include these new employees or is there an automated way to do this
