Learning Request - link to the non-catalog item request shows a blank page

Custom learning specialist role can't access the non-catalog item request link in the notification.

Hello friends. We're currently having a problem with a custom role we created to manage the learning module. This custom role was created as a copy of the Learning Specialist role.

Once the user with this custom role accesses the learning request notification, the link to the learning request itself appears but leads to a blank page. Apparently there's something inside the Line Manager role that grants the access to this page but we couldn't find out what it is (users with the Line Manager role can click the link and access the learning request without any issues).
