Tip Tuesday - Verifying Process Deployments

There are several ways to validate if a deployment has been successfully completed.

Use the deployment center to review any running tasks and last deployed date. The below image shows a pending deployment task, which would indicate that the changes have not been deployed yet. The last deployed date can be used to confirm that once the deployment task is removed from the list.

  1. Send an email from the deployment center. Shown above is the radio button and text box to indicate an email should be sent following the completion of the deployment.
  2. Use quick links from the Admin homepage to review recent work and validate that it is not bold/red. As shown below, undeployed changes will display as red and bold. The last deployed date is also visible from the quick links.
