Content (required):

We have multiple business units in projects, grants and awards. As per Oracle's suggestion, in case of multiple business units we need to have an internal Organization created and all users from Grants need to be added as resources in it so that they can create the award.


After doing that we(implementation users) are unable to create award from our id as we are not defined as resources. We do have Grant administrator role added assigned to ourselves but we still get this pre-requisite error. But from user's id we do not face any issue.
