How absence plans will work in terms of contingent worker.
Summary:
We hired few employees as contingent workers with user person type as contractor, but existing absence plans are not enrolled for them though there is no restriction the eligibility so I created one separate absence plan with the eligibility only for contingent workers after that we tried to hire a new contingent worker but after hiring the person also plans are not enrolled.
