Error while interfacing IMT to OM

When Trasnfer Order is created and Interface to OM the interface status shows 'Order Management interface error'.

And the interface error message is Attribute INVENTORY_ITEM_ID has invalid value 300000003604092 for service ProcessOrderValidation.

has anyone seen such error before?
