What are the functions of the menus in the Worklist tile?

Hi!

I've been checking my work task assigned to my user account in the Worklist Tile. I noticed there are grey buttons (check and x button) beside the view menu. What is their use and why is it in grey?

Additionally, when I clicked view then servers, there is a pop up and one of the menus it shows is the "Task Service Connection Timeout (seconds)". What does it do?


The current version we use is 22D.
