Screen getting freezed after logged in into Oracle and Home button is not visible

Hi Team,

once logged in into the Oracle, screen getting freezed and also Home button is not visible.

Tried clearing caches, browsing history and cookies and also tried using another browser but the situation is same.

The issue is happening with multiple employees.
