SET PURGE_FUTURE_CHANGES

Summary:

Need to check if there is any restriction on using PURGE_FUTURE_CHANGES command in the Worker.dat file to delete future dated effective date transactions with respect to the hire date.

We have to finalize a data conversion approach for which we need confirmation if there is a limitation to using "SET PURGE_FUTURE_CHANGES Y" in the production pod. We need to delete all the assignment eff date rows which are post Hire date of the person. This command has worked for us in the NON production pod and wanted to check if there are any restrictions on using the same in the production pod. Anyone used this command in production pod can confirm please.
