Request Information Flow

We have included License and Certification block in the "Request Information" flow to capture Driver's License information. However, we want that section to be mandatory for candidates, when prviding this information along with the sensitive information block. Is it possible to make that block mandatory?

Also, we have diversity and veteran block enabled on Job apply flow and Request Information flow. However, those blocks display only on the job apply flow and not on Request Information Flow. Is it possible to display/capture that information in both flows?
