Sick plan transfer front-loaded by hire date
Summary: Hello, my scenario is when an employee is promoted they go from one front-loaded sick plan to another but the plans are front-loaded accrual wise by the hire date. If said employee is promoted, say, July, 1 and their anniversary date isn't until Dec, 1 then they don't get the better accrual rate from the new plan until Dec, 1. Is there any way to make this happen?
