Learning how to renew a course for a learner who already completed it in the past ?

Hello ,

In learning we would like to renew the enrolments of some courses for existing learners who have already completed those courses.

Currently when we perform an enrolment again for those learners , the learner is enrolled with status “complete” instead of “not started”.

What should be the setup please at (login as a learning specialist)

1. Course level - under “default assignment rules” -validity expiration period , renewal properties.

2. Assignment level -when enrolling the learner to the existing course that he has completed in the past ( I couldn’t see the “renewal” option under “ advanced assignment rules”

How can we have the learner renewed the course with “not started” status

Howdy, Stranger!
