Issue with multiple "and" conditions in RTF template

Hi Team,

In an offer letter I have used multiple "If" and "and" condition.

If employee is not having Fixed Mobile Allowance-SI, Fixed Transport Allowance-SI and Completion Bonus-SI plan then only condition should and display the results in RTF template but still without satisfying the condition still data is getting displayed.

Can you please suggest how to write multiple "And" condition in "iF"

<?if:((PLAN_NAME!="Fixed Mobile Allowance-SI") and (PLAN_NAME!="Fixed Transport Allowance-SI") and (PLAN_NAME!="Completion Bonus-SI"))?>
