Clarification on Esignature during inspection.

Summary:

E-signature is enabled for Receipt inspection disposition. I created a receipt of 10 Qty, Inspection done, Submit for approval. The Esignature page opens and approval notification sends to the approver. Keeping the session opened. I created another session and able to inspect the same receipt of 10 qty with different characteristic, submitted for approval again. The approver got another notification. At this moment approver has got two approval notification for same inspection with different values of inspection characters in two notifications. So Question is:

1) In this scenario, the approver might be confused to take action on which notification? How to prevent such kind of multiple notifications to approver on same receipt?
