Recruiting DEI Reporting

We are trying to create a TA / Recruiting-based DEI report that necessitates requisition details, candidate details, and some sensitive DEI data elements (gender, ethnicity, veterans, disability). We are able to locate gender and ethnicity in OTBI for reporting but cannot locate veterans or disability in TA (I realize it is in Person- Real Time). Would this need to be a BIP report based on the lack of joins /tailored joins between TA and Core HR modules?
