How to add hyperlinks on the required page

Usually Oracle links get errored out when opened via links. So how do we add hyperlinks?

Content (required):

We have edited Additional Content Card tile to Need Help tile for Time and Absences and provided some content inside that tile. now we want to put a hyperlink of this page on Add absence page but since links get errored out with 404 error, we are not able to put this link. how do we resolve this issue?
