Is there a deeplink for HR / Admin users for "Add Absence" responsive page?

Summary:

We need a deeplink for HR / Admin users to "Add Absence" responsive page. The idea is to give them a direct link to the page for them to just Add Absence for the employees.

Content (required):

Currently, we have “Add Absence” action oracle delivered for ‘Me’ and ‘Managers’ but not for ‘HR’ or 'My Client Groups'.

And the deeplink is only available for ‘Me’ tab or employee self service, as of now. HRs (my Client Groups) has another action "Absence records' but it is a classic view.

Is there any link which can route an HR user to the Add Absence page?
