FTP using PPK

Hi all - need your help on this one!  I am not overly familiar with using FTP, but can muddle my way through when using a regular set-up (host, login, password).  However, recently, I had a customer give me a PPK and I am unsure how to proceed with this.  I did search through Oracle Support, and maybe I cannot find it, but all I can find is PGP Key Upload information (1987283.1).  Are these the same thing?  I don't think PPK = PGP because when I try the upload, the tool tells me it doesn't recognize the file.

I know the key works as I am able to use it in FileZilla.  However, I will need to send this file regularly through a schedule, so would prefer to remove the manual process.

Howdy, Stranger!
