HDL for Course Creation Issue

Summary:

I appear to be running into a consistent issue when attempting to load Offerings via HDL.

I've managed to load in the course in the first instance so that the offering has something to be applied to, however it's returning the following error message when attempting to load the offering 'Course.dat' file.

"An error occurred. To review details of the error run the HCM Data Loader Error Analysis Report diagnostic test. Message details: JBO-handleLogicalCreate::oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-beforePhysicalRowProcessing::oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-beforePhysicalRowProcessing::Validation Failed! offeringStartDate is mandatory for offering Type ORA_BLENDED: STRINGMANAGER: Key: beforePhysicalRowProcessing::Validation Failed! offeringStartDate is mandatory for offering Type ORA_BLENDED not found in bundle".
