Termination Notification with employee details
Summary:
Once we received the required documents from relevant HR representatives regarding the termination or resignation, we update details in the system accordingly ( Future date/ past date transactions). After that sending an outlook email to group of receipts to revoke company access for that terminated employee. We are sending this email on the actual termination date.
Content (required):
The email notification include employee name, person number, hire date, terminate/resignation date, manager, email address, job and the department. I need to know how can we automate this email notification in the Oracle. Can I use the Alert composer function?
