Include Primary identifier in activity Stream - OIC - OCI Logging

Description (Required): Currently OIC Activity stream logs does not have specific attributes for identifiers defined during design time. Idea is to have at least primary identifier in activity stream log, similar to actionType, integrationFlowIdentifier.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

This will help support teams to identify/group logs using in logging and loggingAnalytics specified query like primaryIdentifier="Value" instead of just text search.
