How to wrap text cell content in an EPBCS form

Summary:

Is it possible to always wrap the text cells content if the user entered multiple lines?

Content (required):

In a form, we have text cells that can be used to enter multiple lines.

We noticed that even though multiple lines are input in a text cell, all the content is displayed in one line.

I didn't find an option to wrap text in form design options: I changed the column size to size-to-fit but I still have the problem.

I also used the wrap text option in the property web panel when I open the form as a user not as an admin, but it does not wrap the text.
