Uk Sickness-Multiple Assignment

Summary:

This is for UK legislation. Have enabled the multiple assignment processing for SSP. Here are the config details:

1.Created OSP & SSP Absence Plan.UOM is Days.

2.Created Sickness Absence Type after adding the above 2 plans.UOM is Days

3.Employee is on Mon to Fri Workschedule and is on 2 different assignments on different salary and with working hours as 20 for each assignment.

4.Absence is applied between 15-Mar to 31-Mar. This works to 13 working Days , however the system gives duration as 26 Days.

5.With same absence type as hours , the system gives the correct duration as 13*8=104 hours.

However for multiple assignment processing , with the new case model, the conversion formula is removed at the SSP absence Plan level. Without this feature being enabled, the system stops the absence payment , with certification as "Absence Type with Multiple Assignments"
