Add new fields to Workers List of Values

Summary:

We would like to add additional fields to the Workers List of Values within the HCM Design Studio, such as Assignment Number. Is it possible to add extra fields beyond the 4 which come as standard?

Or alternatively can we change which LOV each page uses?
