Changing time zone for BI reports

Summary:

I need to keep the time zone as GMT-05:00 Eastern Time ( US & Canada) for all BI reports when I'm scheduling jobs. I followed the instructions of this document and set the time zone preferences. But still when I'm trying to schedule jobs it's showing the default list with out my preferences.
