Ability to link help desk request tickets in Next Gen
Summary:
Does the Next Gen HR Help Desk tool have any capability to link a previously closed service request? I know there is the ability to link knowledge articles but have not seen anything around linking other service requests so curious if anyone knows if this is possible.
