Swapping Courses in a live Learning Plan

What is the best way to switch a course in a learning plan without loosing the course completion history?Content
This is probably something fairly straight forward but we are new to Learn and are struggling to find the best approach. We have a learning plan which contains two SCORM based courses. We used the bulk loader to upload completions of both courses from our previous LMS. It has been brought to our attention that one of the courses is not playing correctly. From our trouble shooting we are nearly positive that it has to do with how the SCORM file was imported into Learn. So we need to import the SCORM into Learn again and set up a whole
