Why can't employee update birthdate?

Hello,

I have added these priveledges to the copied EMPLOYEE role:

ORA_PER_VIEW_PERSON_BIOGRAPHICAL_INFORMATION

ORA_PER_MANAGE_PERSON_BIOGRAPHICAL_INFORMATION

Per this ticket: https://support.oracle.com/cloud/faces/DocumentDisplay?_afrLoop=383583995474384&_afrWindowMode=0&id=2642439.1&_adf.ctrl-state=szczplarz_4

However, I still do not see the pencil icon to edit the birthdate information.

Any help is appreciated!
