Asset Categories Can't be Uploaded using Rapid Implementation

Categories couldn't be uploaded using 'Upload Fixed Assets Configuration' process.

Hi,

I'm using 'Upload Fixed Assets Configuration' process to add categories, location and book details. The process is running in warning. None of the categories are getting loaded. Here is the report

The process is failing to load Categories. I have attached log file. I would like to know why categories are not getting loaded.
