Bulk Data Correction for Department tagged to Employees (Functional)

Summary: Requirement is to update Department for Employees in Bulk as Data Correction in Live Environment

Content (required): We have below approaches and concerns:

1. Data Conversion: Through HDL all records can be corrected, but our aim is to give a solution to Client HR Functional Team where least technical challenges are involved
2. Mass Update: Functionally more favourable option but have below concerns- a. Data Correction is an Action that is not enlisted in the Bulk Update Task; b. These need to be corrected at root level but since we have loaded future dated transactions, hence bulk update will error out to to future dated records from hire date
