Assign Values Stored in Smartlist to another member to compare years

Hi All,

Here i'm comparing the In service date & Plan Start Year, Within Planning Plan Start year stored as FY23,Service date as 2023, to solve this i'm storing the Inservice date as Smartlist value through Data load in DM as FY23 still below condition is not working if In service year ==FY23 this has to calculate only for FY23,ignore for FY24,FY25

How can i validate years Plan Start year(FY23) == Asset Year (2023) , requirement is to compare if inservice date year(2023) = = &PlanStartYear(FY23),proceed with calculation
