National Identifiers (Restricting Access)

Summary

Restricting access to National Identifiers based on role.

Content

Hello,

We have deployed Core HCM this year and are starting to prepare to roll out Employee Self Serve among several other modules (compensation, Talent, Profiles etc.).  In some of our testing, we noted that the line manager role had access to their employee's national identifier.  I'm wondering if this has concerned any of you regarding the privacy implications and how your company addressed it.

We're currently working through customizing our line manager and employee roles, so you can only view your own national ID and HR can view but wanted to know what other people have done.

Howdy, Stranger!
