How to change Subject Line in Buyer FYI Notification Email?

Summary:

An email notification is sent to Buyer when a Purchase Order is Created or Changed. 

The client requirement is to modify it to Add Revision number in the subject. 

Content (required):

Currently the Subject is - Document (Purchase Order) WDI400000296 Implemented OR Document (Buyer Change Order) WDI400000296 Changed.

The client requirement is to modify it to Add Revision number in the subject. 

We have Report and DM in Purchasing to change the Supplier notification, but we are not able to find it for the buyer notification email?

Is there any PO Report or Data Model we can refer to change the Buyer email notification ?
