Terminate Employee - Error

Hello everyone,

We are currently experiencing an error while we are terminating an employee. As you can see in the below screenshot, the "Why are you terminating" field is flagged as mandatory in the Experience Design Studio

When we terminate an employee we can correctly see the field marked as mandatory; however, we receive the following error. When we select the termination effective date we receive this error.

Does anyone know what error is this and how we could resolve it?
