500 Error response when calling Reconfig Save REST API

Working on a complete API reconfigure process for a configured model. The current process is Reconfigure (Commerce)-> Reconfigure (Config) -> Update (Config) -> Save (Config). I am getting a successful response for the first three API calls, but when I trigger the Save (Config) call, I get a 500 Internal Server Error with the response "Could not perform action: Reconfigure Inbound. Integration Reconfigure Check has an invalid endpoint URL: "

Can anyone help me understand how to resolve this error?
